Returns Terms & Conditions

• All returns, exchanges need prior approval from Cast Scale Models.
• Please pack the model in its original packaging, (if still intact) and then pack in a corrugated outer carton and place a copy of your original invoice inside the box. Items returned in other than the original packing will not receive full credit.
• Returns of items that Cast Scale Models special orders from the manufacturer will not be allowed.
• Cast Scale Models allows the return of non-defective items for up to 14 days after the invoice date. Any exceptions to this rule is at our sole discretion.
• Orders returned by a delivery carrier as refused, bad address, or any other reason without prior notification or authorization will be subject to a minimum 20-75% restock fee at Cast Scale Models's discretion.
• Return freight fees are the responsibility of the customer.
